I’ve come to depend on Fitness For Life (FFL) in Prairie Village. Knowing that a knowledgeable, compassionate trainer is there for me twice a week has been the incentive I’ve needed to improve my health.I started over three years ago with the desire to increase my energy and strength and become fit. I’m not interested in becoming an athlete; I want to be a fully functioning, middle aged woman with the energy and health to enjoy my active life. I don’t do exercise classes well, but I never miss a session at FFL. For me, it makes a huge difference that the sessions are one-on-one and that I know each session is designed specifically for my needs. I want to be pushed – to achieve more and to continuously raise my level of fitness.
