I’ve come to depend on Fitness For Life (FFL) in Prairie Village. Knowing that a knowledgeable, compassionate trainer is there for me twice a week has been the incentive I’ve needed to improve my health.

I started over three years ago with the desire to increase my energy and strength and become fit. I’m not interested in becoming an athlete; I want to be a fully functioning, middle aged woman with the energy and health to enjoy my active life. I don’t do exercise classes well, but I never miss a session at FFL.
